• Role-based access controls limiting access to authorized personnel only
• Audit logging to track all access and activity
• Regular system backups and data recovery protocols to ensure integrity
• Our staff is trained in HIPAA compliance and internal policies to protect patient data. We do not
store patient information on personal devices or transmit it through unsecured channels.
